ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Wilburn Elementary
Modular Classroom Units
WCPSS Project 861.0832/0616/180202
Sealed proposals for completion of the Wilburn Elementary Mobile Classroom Room Addition will be received on March 14, 2018 at 2:00 pm, in the office of the Wake County Public School System, Facilities Building, Reception Desk, 1429 Rock Quarry Rd., Suite 116, Raleigh, NC. These projects will be bid and awarded in accordance with North Carolina law. Sealed proposals from Contractors will be received until 2:00 p.m. All bids will be opened and read aloud starting at 2:00 p.m. All times are local prevailing times.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held February 28, 2018, at 1:00 pm, at Wilburn Elementary, 3707 March Creek Road, Raleigh, NC  27604.

Contractor will be required to pay for documents and shipping. For paper sets, provide check made out to Caidus Design for $200 per each full set, refundable upon return of the full paper set.  For electronic sets, pay $25 non-refundable directly to Document imaging.

The Wake County Public School System reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding and to accept bids which are considered to be in the best interest of the School System. The Wake County Public School System also reserves the right to require any bidder to submit information needed to determine if said bidder is responsible within the meaning of N.C. Gen. Stat. 143-129
