Project Description: Work includes, but is not limited to new construction of a one story office building of type V-B construction with a gross square footage of approximately 3,700 SF. Cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, metal fabrications, rough and interior/exterior finish carpentry, plastic-laminate faced architectural cabinets, plastic paneling, thermal insulation, EIFS, fluid-applied membrane air barriers, asphalt shingles, roof specialties, joint sealants, hollow metal doors/frames, flush wood doors, aluminum-framed entrances/storefronts, interior sliding pass windows, door hardware, glazing, gypsum board, ceramic tiling, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient flooring, tile carpeting, painting, visual display units, signage, phenolic-core toilet compartments, toilet accessories, fire protection specialties, metal lockers, projection screens, horizontal louver blinds, solid surface countertops, earthwork aggregates, site clearing, rough grading, excavation and fill, backfill, slope protection/erosion control, seeding, landscape grading, termite control, aggregate base course, chain link fence/gates, asphalt paving, concrete paving, painted pavement markings, site water utility distribution piping, sanitary sewage systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical.
