We will be accepting Subcontract Quotes on the following:

Erosion Control, Electrical, Concrete Painting

Please include a copy of your certification with your quote.

We encourage and solicit HUB Certified DBE, DVBE, MBE, Certified native owned and Small Business Participation firms and intend to seriously negotiate for project participation and are willing to review any responsible quote and negotiate terms. Bidders must comply with Executive Order 11246 and 11375 in order to ensure equal opportunity. Turner Murphy Co., Inc. is committed to and supportive of efforts to effectively maintain and/or increase the use of Small and Minority/Women-Owned Business and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) contract participation for Construction Projects, services (including professional and consulting services) and commodities purchases, AND increase contract participation to offer employment, training and contracting opportunities. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). All federal CDBG requirements will apply to the contract. All contractors and subcontractors are required to be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM). Bidders must comply with Title VI if the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and 40 CFR 33.240. The Section 3 Housing act and Urban Development Act of 1968, South Carolina Illegal Reform Act, Compliance with Air and Water Acts and Compliance with the Copeland Act Requirements. A Drug Free Workplace and Non-Discrimination Workplace Policy are required. Quick pay agreements will be provided to meet cash-flow demands.
