Loving Company is seeking certified DBE, MBE, and WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the New Wastewater Land Application System (Spray Field) – Contract No. 2 project for Gates County which bids September 14, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Plans and specifications for this project are available at the following locations: TA Loving Company-Goldsboro * Municipal Engineering Services Company, P.A., 68 Shipwash Drive, Garner, NC 27529 * ConstructConnect Website.

Potential subcontracting opportunities include but are not limited to surveying, fencing, hauling, erosion control, electrical, seeding and mulching.
